  • Do you have a physical store?
    We only have an online store, with warehouses located in Ontario and British Columbia and we currently serve Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, and Quebec. More locations coming soon!

  • Where is your store located?
    Our main office is situated in the heart of downtown Vancouver, BC. We have warehouses located in Ontario and British Columbia.
  • What grades of stainless steel sheets do you offer?
    We offer a variety of grades, including 304/304L for general-purpose applications, 316/316L for high resistance to chemicals and marine environments, and 430 for economical options in decorative and low-corrosion applications.
  • What surfaces are available?
    We offer 2B and N4 (polished). Additionally, we accept preorders for N1, N8, SB and HL.
  • What are the standard sizes and thicknesses available?
    Our stainless steel sheets come in standard sizes such as: - 48 x 96 inches (4 x 8 ft) - 48 x 120 inches (4 x 10 ft) - 60 x 96 inches (5 x 8 ft) - 60 x 120 inches (5 x 10 ft) The thicknesses available are 11GA (0.125") 12GA (0.109") 14GA (0.79") 16GA (0.064") 18GA (0.050") 20GA (0.038")
  • How should I maintain and clean stainless steel sheets?
    Regularly clean the surface with warm water and a soft cloth to remove smudges and fingerprints. For tougher stains, use a mild detergent or a specialized stainless steel cleaner. Avoid using brushes, steel wool, or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the sheet's finish.
  • Do you offer custom sizes or finishes?
    We offer tailored solutions, including custom lengths, widths, thicknesses, and various surface finishes with bulk ordering. Send us a message to inquire.
  • What is the typical lead time for orders?
    Lead times vary based on order specifications and current stock levels. If you see "Add to Cart" button next to a product, it means it is available and ready to be shipped. If you see "Pre-Order" button next to a product, it means it is not available at the moment, but we replenish this product soon. Please contact our customer support for the most accurate delivery estimates.
  • How can I track my order status?
    After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also log into your account on our website to view order history and status.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    We currently service the Canadian market, shipping anywhere within Canada.
  • What shipping options are available?
    We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
  • What is your return policy?
    If you are unhappy with the product, we can offer a credit note for future use. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions and Credit Policy page for detailed instructions.
  • What are the accepted payment methods?
    We accept a variety of payment methods to cater to your convenience, including major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers. For larger orders, we also offer the option to set up a business account with invoicing terms, subject to approval. This flexibility ensures you can choose the payment method that best suits your financial preferences.
